The fixtures for the Men’s races have now been confirmed – see below.  I have also included the dates of the Country Champs, Nationals and Inter-counties.  I will update the calendar for these.

Hope your running is going well.  The CC season is still a long-way off but its a great time to get out and do some trail running.  Given the recent weather there is plenty of mud around!
