Javier Fuentes (5th) in an SB, gained 1 point on League leader Richard Kirk (6th) who ran a PB of 23:22. There were also PBs for Andy Day (9th) and Paul Keddie (11th) in his 2nd ever run.
Steve Ramek (12th) was fastest man with a time of 18:43, and Caroline Dawson (10th) fastest lady in an SB, by 1 sec, of 23:46.
