With six of the eleven scheduled races completed, the seemingly always improving Lizzie Wilson heads the league table with 126 points. This is 19 ahead of Kevin ‘I was taking it easy’ Furlong who, nevertheless, also keeps improving.  Steve Ramek and Javier Fuentes, who have both run all six, lie 3rd and 4th with 103 and 98 points, respectively.  Tess Lambert (5th) and Chris Coghlan (6th) have both scored well in their 4 runs.  The current League Table can be viewed on the Club notice board.  You will see that not many points separate the runners below those mentioned and I expect there to be many changes before the season is through.

We so far average 32 runners/race and, with the weather forecast looking pretty reasonable for tomorrow, I would hope for a bumper turnout.  I have already had two firm offers of assistance but will require another four to be comfortable.  See you tomorrow.
