Our next Surrey League Cross Country Match is at Nonsuch Park on Sat Dec 1st, and as some of us are doing  the Nonsuch 10K on Sunday, afterwards I will be running one 3k lap of our Cross Country route as a cool down after the 10K, with Derick Wilkie.  So if anyone else would like to join us, if not running the 10k come along to Mansion House in Nonsuch Park at about 10am, preferably with trail shoes or spikes as rather muddy at the moment!
