Well the final results are in and as you may have already guessed despite a comfortable win on Wednesday overall we got our backsides kicked, however this was mostly down to no one really showing up on the first leg.
Collingwood ACvs Sutton Runnersvs 26.2RRC – 2014 Mob Match
Overall Results – Lowest score wins
1st Leg | 2nd leg | 3rd Leg | |||
1st | Sutton Runners | 11 | 141 | 255 | 407 |
2nd | Collingwood AC | 33 | 334 | 228 | 595 |
3rd | 26.2 RRC | 92 | 445 | 149 | 686 |
The overall results on Wednesday do show that if we could at the very least get half of the runners we had out at the home leg to the both the first and second leg we’d stand a bloody good chance of winning overall. Therefore talks are already underway to see if there is a suitable way we can still run the event next year without the logistical problems we duffered from the past 2 years so watch this space.
