Having completed a three year Exercise, Nutrition & Health degree at the University of Surry in 2007, I am now a qualified nutritionist. Therefore, I would like to offer a nutritional service to members of the 26.2 running club and your family and friends.
Improving overall eating habits as opposed to following a calorie restricted diet can lead to a number of health benefits such as improved physical and mental performance, improved sleep, increased energy levels and weight loss or weight gain to name a few.
If you would like to take up this service then please complete the 3-day food diary (found in the downloads section on the 26.2 website) and email it back to me at nataliejmrandell [ at ] gmail [ dot ] com or hand it to me at the club on Monday or Wednesday evenings.
I will initially analyse your 3-day food diary for free and then if you would like further advice and a personalised nutrition plan, a discounted offer is available to all 26.2 club members.
