Despite his concern about them, Neil Sunderland’s knees were good enough for him to run his 250th. Parkrun and become the 4th person in Parkrun history to achieve this total. In what was also his 200th. Banstead Woods run he was joined by a number of Club members including Lizzie Ruth Wilson, her first Banstead Wood since April, and Jacqueline Chang, her first Parkrun since the birth of her son, Jacob. Sue Esslemont also honoured the occasion by running in 26.2 colours, her second claim Club. Congratulations to Neil and thanks for the cake, enjoyed with our coffee at the Mint afterwards.
This coming Saturday sees the first running of the Nonsuch Park run and a number of Members have indicated their intention to attend. Hope to see you there.
