Congratulations to Pat Tiernan who clocked up his 100th Parkrun at Bushy whilst John Matthews dipped below 19:00 with an FR in Glasgow, his 55th different event.
Declan Flynn ran another PB at Bromley, finishing 5th, with an age-grading of just under 82%, and Jo Chang was 2nd again at Kingston.
A number of Club runners were among the 56 that ran the Nonsuch Park trial run, a nice course and a run that I think will become very popular. Derick is hoping to be able to get times for us.
