Parkrunning – 27/10/2012

A glitch in the Parkrun Club results service has caused at slight delay this week, so sorry for that.

At Bushy, Sarah Peteffer clocked up her 50th parkrun and Steve Holden his 150th.

Down under there was a full complement of Pengellys at Claisebrook Cove where Matthew (again) and Andrew ran PBs and Luca accompanied Carmela for her 1st run.

At Kingston, Rosie Gerrard ran her 10th PB in 17 runs and Moustafa Fawzy knocked 24secs off of his, undaunted by the thought of Oxshott the next day!  Matthew Pritchard, acting as ‘tail end Charlie’, ran his 50th parkrun.

John Matthews chose Orpington, “the only London one I’ve not done”, this week, and finished 3rd although 2nd male! Beaten by a girl again, John.

As for me, it was 250 up at Banstead Woods, supported on the course by Ron and Carol Hoare, enjoying her 1st run since June following injury, Neil Sunderland and Alan Collis, and around the course by Mike and Eileen Crimmen, and Cath Sunderland who walked a lap on her first visit to the Woods.  Made a change from the Golf Course!
