I have 3 ladies and 4 men entered but if anyone else would like to run let me know as you can enter on the day for £5 but I will need to register you Sat morning.  Venue: Richmond Park opposite Pembroke Lodge car park (gets full quickly) ideally cycle there!   Alternative car park is Kingston gate but  2 miles to the start. 

Ladies 2.30 6k, men 3.00 8k, nice course, not hilly, checked it today very dry so ordinary trainers would be fine.  A short bit of hard path so spikes not ideal.   I’ll be at the start with the numbers (for those that know it its the usual Surrey League venue)
