Apologies for the short ntoice but due to a Rosenheim Athletics League match we will need to cancel track this evening as we will not be able to use the facility.

However there will be some long runs leaving from the club this evening and if I can persaude him I might even be able to get Chris to do a Berrylands special session instead of track, assuming there are enough takers.

Update – Chris has arranged for us to be able to use the College Sports Hall this evening for a long overdue bleep test for anyone who is interested. We will meet at the club for the usual time and then run down to the college as a warm up. Hope to see plenty of you taking up the challenge that a bleep will inevitably throw up!!
