A quick overview of Wednesday’s session:
– warm up
– 40m strides
– 4/5 x 800m reps with 4-5 minute stationary rest
– 200m continuous relay team event
– cool down
+ as always there will be running specific drills to encourage dynamic movement and active recovery
As always all levels of runners are welcome. Participants should run within their capacity and are welcome to drop in and out of any part of the session.
