What will we be doing? Running round a 400m oval repetitiously in various increments, to be revealed on the night.

7:15pm meet for approximately 7.30pm start. Kingsmeadow, Kingston Road, Kingston, KT1 3PB. Entry is £3.65. Bring £4 in case.

Open for all standards of runners, involving groups running at differing speeds.

Hope to see a few of you there. I’ll not be running but shouting encouragement from the sidelines.
