Wednesday 27th April 2016 (tomorrow), 7:15pm meet for approximately 7.30pm start. As ever it’s at Kingsmeadow, Kingston Road, Kingston, KT1 3PB. Entry is £3.60(65?). Basically bring £4 in case.

Open for all standards of runners, involving groups running at differing speeds.

It will primarily be a 400, 800 set x 4 plus 200m at the end to make 5k.

Hope to see a few of you there. I’ll not be running so will be able to shout encouragement from the sidelines.
