I just want to convey my thanks to everyone who turned out today to help at V10K. Despite some squeaky bum moments around the Malden Rushett junction over the past few days the whole event ran better then any other I have been responsible for and I just wanted to share a few of the messages we have been getting from the runners who took part today.
Just wanted to say thank you to everyone involved in organising and marshalling the race this morning – it must have been a very stressful few days, but well worth it in the end, a very enjoyable race with exemplary attention to detail!

What an amazing logistical achievement you created today. Thank you. Everything was thought of and provided for in pre, the run and post run.

I am so glad that the Valentines went ahead today – it’s one of my favourite races. Please pass on my thanks to the contractors/police whoever helped you make it possible. As every year, the course was very well marshaled, as every year the marshals were very friendly and supportive, many thanks to them as well.

This is why we turn out every year to organise the V10K and this is also why Danny Norman is right in labeling us (tbrcis) see he does get something right from time to time
