Berrylands Special starts this comming Monday (9th), meet at the club at 7.00pm.
The session is based on a mix of hills, speed work, intervals and team relays and is designed for runners who want to improve their race pace a spice up their training.
The session is a combination of high intensity running combined with rest periods and there are always opportunitys for runners to extend their rest time and opt out of any part of the session.
