Just a reminder that Sunday 20th July is our annual Captains BBQ at Horton Country Park. The BBQ is to be fired up around 12 with food cooking soon after and the usual fun and games starting as soon as everyone feels they can run around and keep their food down.

We will be using the enclosed area again so unfortunately no dogs are allowed, but the family are welcome. This is always a great way to meet others from the club that you wouldn’t usually run with and for everyone to complete on a level playing feild as the sack race always seems to see the underdog do well.

The club will be supplying the meat but if you want salads, desserts etc please bring your own, as well your drink. You might also want to bring along picnic blankets and/or folding chairs as picnic seating is minimal.
