This weeks handicap is looking to be an interesting evening with only 11 points separating the top 3 there is everything to play for as the season is starting to draw to a close. 

Mark Canning is currently in pole position with Alan Harding and John Reardon close behind. With only 30 seconds separating them on this weeks starting times expect there to be a good battle for placings as seasons best times are no doubt going to be harder to obtain as the season progresses.

If anyone is able to help out this Wednesday evening please drop me an email or let me know at the club this evening so I can pop you on the list. Also some concerns have been voiced about the way runners loiter in the road area after the run so can we please ask everyone to be extra careful crossing the road and make sure you remain n the pavement whilst you recover as we would hate to see someone involved in an incident with a passing car. Trying to finish on the pavement is also helpful but please do clear the finish as soon as you can. Please note we will be closing registration in the club at 7:15 to aim for a 7:30 start.
