With Grand Prix number 4 looming tomorrow morning I thought it might be a good time to remind those who have submitted their captains challenge of the golas they have set themselves for either a Parkrun in general or a specific goal for tomorrows Bedfonts Lakes parkrun. For those who have yet to send me a challenge form and i know there’s a few who keep threatening to do so, it’s never to late and you can download a form here and email it to me at stone.kev@gmail.com or simply email me tonight for tomorrows Grand Prix and I’ll post your time here later.

Jack Holland will most likely be flying in the morning but will he be able to hit his goal of sub 17:13, Rick Emery is looking for a sub 23 and although I am initially aiming for a PB which currently stands at 23:09 I will also be trying hard for a sub 23, I’ll be the big sweaty mess at the finish line!!

Although not having set a specific time for tomorrows race David Pearce, Amy Tomlins, Moustafa Fawzy and Peter Grecian have all set themselves gaols for parkrun, so who know what the competitive atmosphere of a Grand Prix may do, their parkrun gaols are:

David Pearce – Sub 23

Amy Tomlins – Sub 25

Moustafa Fawzy – 19:30

Peter Grecian – Sub 21
