This Wednesday evening is Handicap time once again and the competition is certainly heating up but while it might appear to be a 2 horse race at the moment nothing is certain as we head into the home straight with only 3 Handicaps left to go.

So as things stand Mark Canning is leading the charge with Alan Harding hot on his heals with only 9 points separating them.  Ed Rowlands is sitting in third place on 178 points and John Reardon having missed last month due to illness is 4th on 171.

We had 28 runners last month with 5 of those being first timers. Of those who have run before we had 12 seasons bests of which 7 were personal bests.

If you are running please ensure you are wearing Hi-Vis and/or running lights. Please note we will be closing registration in the club at 7:15 to aim for a 7:30 start.
