Thank you volunteers!

Thank you to all of our hardworking volunteers that made our 2019 event a success. The event was run safely and we have had some great feedback about all of our enthusiastic marshals.

Really recommend this friendly and very well organised 10K. Great race HQ, brilliant, enthusiastic and plentiful marshals. Thank you! Will be back next year.

Transport Updates

We look forward to welcoming all runners to our race tomorrow. We wanted to post a quick note as a reminder about transport options for getting to the race.

Please plan your travel to ensure you arrive in plenty of time to collect your number and warm up before the race begins.

Bus

Bus routes 71 & 465 buses from Kingston via Surbiton both stop either directly outside the HQ (Rte 71) or just across the road (Rte 465).

Trains

Due to engineering works taking place this weekend, there are no trains to Chessington South station. Please check online rail planners for details of replacement bus services that are running.

Parking

Please note that due to reduced capacity there are changes from previous years to the parking arrangements at the Barwell Business Park.

Runners arriving on the A243 from the M25 / Leatherhead / Dorking direction should park at the Chessington World of Adventures South Car Park leaving enough time to get to the race HQ approximately 10 minute walk away. If you are using this car park we have been asked to vacate it by 10:40am. If you expect to leave after this time, please use another car park.

Runners arriving on the A243 from the A3 / Ewell / Surbiton direction should park in the Barwell Business Park north end as directed by the marshals. The pedestrian exit leading onto Garrison lane will not be open this year so you will need to exit Barwell Business Park via the main gates onto the Leatherhead Road and walk along to Garrison Lane to get to the race HQ.

Please note there is very little on road parking close to race HQ and parking restrictions apply in most side roads.
