Virtual Race League – Introduction

The virtual race league is designed so members can run alone and then share their results with the rest of the club. We will report training progress and hold a ladder league format competition. You can take the league as seriously as you wish, either taking part just for fun or competing more seriously against your fellow club members. We hope to structure the league to involve and reward everyone in the club.

If you wish to take part, our launch weekend challenge is a 5k run. Please complete 5k and submit your results via e-mail to website [ at ] 26point2.co [ dot ] uk. Please submit results with either a screenshot of your run from a training app or a link to where the results can be verified.

On Wednesday at 8:30pm we will be holding a 26.2 RRC Virtual Club Night. This will be held on a Zoom meeting. Details of this will be sent out nearer the time. We hope you can join us to hear the latest virtual results and get your next set of virtual challenges. We hope to hear from a few club members during each session to keep things interesting. If you cannot attend at this time, the sessions will be recorded so you can watch back.

Surbiton's friendly running club. Open to runners of all standards, fast or slow. We participate in local races of all distances.
