The 26.2 RRC Committee would like to invite all members to our annual awards night. The evening will see the presentation of awards to members in various categories.
The price has been reduced this year to £14 a head. Please feel free to bring partners and friends. Your ticket price includes a hot buffet and a free drink. Following the presentation of the awards there will be a disco and dancing.
Tickets must be purchased in advance by payment to the club bank account – Barclays sort code 20-84-17 account number 00897302.
Once payment has been received John Bennett will forward you your tickets by email. Please print your tickets and bring along to the event as they will entitle you to one free drink at the bar.
Requests for your choice of music should be forwarded to john_bennett99@hotmail.com. Andrea Bennett will be organising much of the evening and will endeavour to ensure a good range of music is played by the DJ.
Please book early so we can arrange sufficient food for all those wishing to attend. Please let John know of any specific dietary needs and these will be passed to the venues catering team.
NB All tickets need to be paid for no later than Wednesday 8th May so that we can finalise the food order with the caterer please.
