Next weekend, Saturday 10th October, brings with it the start of the new Cross Country season. Fixture one is also the sixth instalment of the club Grand Prix season – so a chance for you to earn points for both your club and yourself!
Many of you have already said you’ll turn out for the club, including a number of new runners – this is great news! Not only is it rather different to the usual road races, you’ll be well supplied with tea and cakes too.
