He enjoys inventing exciting and innovative ways to improve fitness levels whilst keeping clients motivated. Every client is individual and needs a specific programme to achieve their goals, whether it is to lose weight or to run a specific time in a marathon!

 

Kevin’s particular passion is long distance running and he draws from personal and professional experience to keep training interesting and varied whilst building speed and endurance.  Kevin’s approach to this involves working on the whole body to ensure that come race day you are running to your full potential!

Chris has been providing personal training for over 6 years and is a lecturer on prestigious National Academy of Sports Medicine courses, the gold standard qualifications within the industry. Chris has trained a variety of clients and specialises in working with long distance runners helping them become faster through making their training fast and specific.

 

Chris knows that becoming faster and more efficient means you need to look at the body holistically, ensuring every part is helping you go forward. A combination of speed, agility and quickness training coupled with full body conditioning ensures sessions are always bespoke to a client’s ability and needs. Chris’s main aim when training clients is to ensure they enjoy their sessions and feel invigorated by their training, the results always follow.
